Frozen Action Waterfall Image

Here is another image from my Conestoga River Park Shoot. Although I was looking for smooth water images, I decided to capture a few "frozen action" shots of the river, as shown.

I would like to know what you like? Do you prefer the soft water effect or the "frozen" look? Personally, I like the smooth water effect, but the other image also has a look and feel of its own.
